Uploading your photo and ID for your MSOE Raider Card

Instructions

1. Visit https://webcard.msoe.edu on your mobile device

2. Log in with your MSOE email and password

Either: Approve the Multi Factor Authentication prompt from the Microsoft Authenticator App
Or: Enter the authenticator code from the Microsoft Authenticator App if no approval

appears.

3. Press the ‘home’ button to go to the Webcard main Menu

4. Press “ID Photo”

5. Under “Upload a New Photo” press Upload and select a photo.

6. Select your photo, then click “Choose”

7. Option to crop photo (make sure your entire face is in the picture)

8. Click “Submit”

9. Under “Upload identification” select “Upload ID” and upload a current ID card or Drivers License. This is to match your uploaded ID photo with proper identification.

10. Take a photo of your picture ID and press upload.
